It’s pretty and pink and your new favorite sweet drink. This is what dreams are made of.

The base spirit for this drink is Bluecoat Gin. With its citrus notes, Bluecoat pairs perfectly with the fresh lemon juice and the rose syrup’s sweet floral decadence. The bubbly Pink Moscato not only adds to the drink’s color, but it also adds another layer of subtle sweetness.

This drink is served in a champagne flute.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oz. Bluecoat gin

  • 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 oz. rose syrup

  • Fill with Barefoot bubbly Pink Moscato

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare rose syrup by bringing 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of rose water to a boil

  2. Reduce heat and let simmer on low for 5 minutes uncovered

  3. Remove from heat and let cool completely

  4. Add all ingredients, except for the bubbly Pink Moscato, to a cocktail shaker

  5. Fill with ice and shake for 20 seconds or until shaker is frosty on the outside

  6. Strain into a champagne flute

  7. Fill with bubbly Pink Moscato

  8. Serve
